Eligibility & Security Clearance

As a Human Factors Consultant, you will be involved in delivering human factors expertise across various sectors, including Defence, Nuclear, and Transportation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting human factors assessments to support safety cases and engineering programmes
- Providing human factors integration into multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintaining client relationships and supporting business development activities
- Contributing to innovation and knowledge sharing within the human factors community
What We're Looking For
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Factors, Applied Psychology, or similar
- Experience in delivering human factors projects, particularly in high-hazard industries
- Knowledge of human reliability assessment methods and techniques
- Familiarity with relevant human factors standards and guidelines
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills
- CIEHF Registered Member status or equivalent, or working towards chartership
