Project Manager (DV Cleared)
Location: Reading (Hybrid working)
Salary: £50–70K + benefits & bonuses
A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their engineering delivery team, working on secure and technically complex programmes in secure sectors. This is a long-term opportunity to play a key role in some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure projects.
NOTE: Current and active DV Security Clearance is essential for this role.

You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance and reporting compliance, and help shape delivery from design through to execution.

The Opportunity

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering engineering projects through full lifecycle, ensuring time, cost and quality outcomes
- Supporting governance, risk, and change control processes (NEC3/NEC4 experience desirable)
- Working closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and supply chain partners
- Ensuring high standards of reporting, compliance, and technical quality
- Contributing to a high-trust, delivery-focused culture on nationally significant programmes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven engineering project delivery experience
- Background in defence, nuclear or government environments
- Commercial experience in a consultancy or client-facing industry role
- Ability to lead and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Current and active DV clearance
